Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Neil E. Ross, J.), rendered March 22, 2011, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of illegal access to Transit Authority services (21 NYCRR 1050.4), and imposing sentence.


Per Curiam.

Judgment of conviction (Neil E. Ross, J.), rendered March 22, 2011, reversed, on the law, and the accusatory instrument dismissed. (See People v Mendez, appeal numbered 11-243, decided herewith.)
