Appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Leonard Scholnick, J.H.O.), entered August 8, 2011. The judgment, after a nonjury trial, awarded plaintiff the principal sum of $3,349.53.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed, with $25 costs.

For the reasons stated in Foster Comprehensive Med., P.C. as Assignee of Cliff Lawrence v Travelers Prop. Cas. Ins. Co. (___ Misc 3d ___, 2014 NY Slip Op _____ [Appeal No. 2012-1380 K C], decided herewith), the judgment is affirmed.
