Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (William Miller, J.), rendered May 15, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of endangering the welfare of a child. Assigned counsel has submitted an Anders brief (386 US 738 [1967]), in which he seeks leave to withdraw as counsel.
ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.
