Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Anthony J. Ferrara, J.), rendered May 31, 2013, after a nonjury trial, convicting him of disorderly conduct, and imposing sentence.
Per Curiam.
Judgment of conviction (Anthony J. Ferrara, J.), rendered May 31, 2013, affirmed.
Defendant's claim that defense counsel was ineffective because he failed to make a timely speedy trial motion is unreviewable on direct appeal because it involves matters not reflected in, or fully explained by, the record (see People v Rivera, 71 NY2d 705, 709 [1988]; People v Wooten, 283 AD2d 931, 932 [2001]; lv denied 96 NY2d 943 [2001]). Accordingly, since defendant has not made a CPL 440.10 motion, the merits of the ineffectiveness claim may not be addressed on appeal.
THIS CONSTITUTES THE DECISION AND ORDER OF THE COURT.
