Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Harriet L. Thompson, J.), entered June 10, 2013. The order denied plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and granted defendant's cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.ORDERED that the order is affirmed, with $25 costs.

For the reasons stated in Alleviation Med. Servs , P.C. as Assignee of Philip Andrews v Citiwide Auto Leasing (___ Misc 3d ___, 2015 NY Slip Op ___ [appeal No. 2013-1465 K C], decided herewith), the order is affirmed.
