Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Donna M. Siwek, J.), entered August 30, 2018. Militello Concrete, Inc., for summary judgment and denied the cross motion of defendant Destro & Brothers Concrete Company, Inc. for indemnification.
