Respondent, v Henri Traval, Appellant. |
Janet E. Sabel, The Legal Aid Society, New York (Katheryne M. Martone of counsel), for appellant.
Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., District Attorney, New York (Diana Wang of counsel), for respondent.
Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Michael J. Obus, J. at suppression hearing; Bruce Allen, J. at plea and sentencing), rendered August 5, 2015, as amended December 4, 2015, convicting defendant of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony drug offender previously convicted of a violent felony, to a term of six years, unanimously affirmed.
The court properly denied defendant's suppression motion. There is no basis for disturbing the court's credibility determinations, which are supported by the record (see People v Prochilo, 41 NY2d 759, 761 [1977]). Concur—Richter, J.P., Gische, Webber, Gesmer, JJ.
