Judgments, Supreme Court, Bronx County (William I. Mogulescu, J.), rendered June 7, 2017, convicting defendant, upon his pleas of guilty, of robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, adjudicating him a youthful offender, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 11/3 to 4 four years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of vacating the mandatory surcharges and crime victim assistance fees imposed at sentencing on both convictions, and otherwise affirmed.
