Nuñez, J., at sentencing), rendered August 23, 2018, and said appeal having been argued by counsel for the respective parties, and due deliberation having been had thereon, and a decision and order of this Court having been entered on January 20, 2022, holding the appeal in abeyance; it is unanimously ordered that the said appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed as moot.
