| The People of the State of New York,
Respondent, v Marvin Satine, Appellant. |
Twyla Carter, New York, NY (Danielle Bernstein of counsel), for appellant.
Eric Gonzalez, District Attorney, Brooklyn, NY (Leonard Joblove and Michael Bierce of counsel; Lauren Slattery on the brief), for respondent.
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Danny K. Chun, J.), rendered January 26, 2022, convicting him of criminal possession of a firearm, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant's contention, the sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80 [1982]). Chambers, J.P., Maltese, Genovesi and Landicino, JJ., concur.
