Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Paula L. [*2]Feroleto, J.), entered March 18, 2024. The order denied the motions of defendants-appellants to dismiss the complaint against them.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is reversed on the law without costs, the motions are granted and the complaint is dismissed against defendants-appellants.
