Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Lewis County (James P. McClusky, J.), entered July 8, 2024. The order, inter alia, denied the motion of claimant for leave to renew, granted the motion of respondents for leave to renew, and granted claimant leave to serve a late notice of claim sounding in wrongful death.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
