Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Naita A. Semaj, J.), rendered December 8, 2022, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him to a prison term of six months and five years' probation, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the probation component of the sentence to a term of three years, and otherwise affirmed.
We find the sentence excessive to the extent indicated. Concur—Manzanet-Daniels, J.P., Moulton, Gesmer, Rosado, Hagler, JJ.
