ORDERED that its decision and order dated February 2, 2004, in the above-entitled matter is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order is substituted therefor:

Motion by the Administration for Children's Services, the appellant in Proceedings Nos. 2 and 3, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 16, 2003, as amended December 17 2003, and to continue a prior order of the same court dated November 6, 2003, prohibiting contact between the mother and the respondent father and permitting only supervised visitation between the respondent father and the subject children in the discretion of the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
