DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Criseena L. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated December 14, 2004. By decision and order on motion dated April 29, 2005, the appellant was granted leave to renew a motion for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person upon papers establishing that she is interested in pursuing the appeals on or before June 3, 2005. The appellant has failed to do so. By order to show cause dated June 9, 2005, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should of should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 29, 2005.

Now on the court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
