Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 15, 2008, October 30, 2008, December 4, 2008 (two orders), and January 22, 2009, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from t
he order dated October 15, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02638), and the appeal from the order dated December 4, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02639), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as those orders are not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application to enlarge the time to perfect the remaining appeals is granted to the extent that and the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until November 2, 2009, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
