| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 31, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09416), and three orders of the same court, all dated July 8, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-09418, 2009-09419, 2009-09420), and an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 29, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-10867), which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 1, 2009, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 29, 2009, as well as all proceedings in the above-entitled matter and proceedings in other jurisdictions, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion dated December 1, 2009, and reinstate the appeal from the order dated September 29, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
