On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 14, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated January 22, 2009, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 23, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "March 14, 2011."
