| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2011, which denied her prior motion to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion dated February 8, 2011, as dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2009, and August 14, 2009, respectively, and two orders of the same court both dated August 14, 2009, for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
