Application by Nella Manko pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 13, 2010. Application by Lenox Hill Hospital pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal from the order dated December 13, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Nella Manko is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that she is not aggrieved by the order dated December 13, 2010 (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by Nella Manko is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by Lenox Hill Hospital is granted and Lenox Hill Hospital's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 24, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeal and Lenox Hill Hospital's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
