Renewed motion by the appellant to "reverse" a decision and order of this Court dated June 4, 2014, which, inter alia, determined appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 30, 2008, and December 4, 2008, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions on the appeals from the orders dated October 30, 2008, and December 4, 2008, without prior leave of this Court.
