Renewed motion by the appellant to "reverse" a decision and order of this Court dated June 4, 2014, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 22, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions on the appeal from the order dated January 22, 2009, without prior leave of this Court.
