| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 15, 2015, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2016, as denied that branch of her motion which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix and replacement appellant's brief, for poor person relief, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
