Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 7, 2016. By order to show cause dated May 14, 2018, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2018.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2018.
