Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered April 20, 2017, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
