| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to renew an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 15, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 17, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to renew is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
