| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2018, which denied her renewed motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 13, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which seeks relief in connection with Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-07602, 2010-09053, and 2010-09054 is dismissed on the ground that the appellant-respondent failed to obtain leave of this Court, as required by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant-respondent is enjoined from making any further motions in the above-entitled appeal (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-01851) without prior leave of this Court.
