Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 18, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in this Court without prior leave of this Court.
