Appeals by Robert M. from eight orders of the Family Court, Kings County, one dated August 7, 2019, four dated August 29, 2019, two dated September 18, 2019, and one dated November 14, 2019. Motion by the appellant to direct that one of the subject children be provided with a room air conditioner and to direct the Administration for Children's Services to provide a nurse to confirm that the room air conditioner has been installed in the subject child's room and to report on the health status of the subject child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct that one of the subject children be provided with a room air conditioner is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the Administration for Children's Services to provide a nurse to confirm that the room air conditioner has been installed in the subject child's room and to report on the health status of the subject child is denied.
