An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 12, 2019,And defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and to continue the stay of execution of judgment and bail granted by order of a Justice of this Court, entered on November 19, 2019, and extended by an order of this Court entered May 7, 2020 (M-1168), pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time within which appellant shall perfect the appeal is extended to the December 2020 Term. The stay of execution of judgment and bail granted by order of a Justice of this Court entered on

November 19, 2019, and extended by an order of this Court entered May 7, 2020 (M-1168) is hereby extended upon the original terms and conditions and on the further condition that appellant perfect the appeal for the December 2020 Term. ENTERED: September 3, 2020
