Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 9, 2015 and from an order, same Court, entered on or about February 1, 2016,And plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect said appeals until 30 days after an automatic stay in bankruptcy, as to defendant-respondent Avignon Taxi, LLC, has been lifted, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the March 2021 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary.ENTERED: September 10, 2020
