Hatem, P.C., having moved to withdraw as counsel and to adjourn the aforesaid perfected appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, counsel for plaintiffs-respondents is permitted to withdraw as counsel of record, and said appeal is adjourned to the December 2020 Term of this Court.
