Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 12, 2020 (Case No. 2020-2943), and from the order, same Court, entered on or about August 28, 2019 (Case No. 2020-917), And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of all proceedings in the trial court, including the distribution of escrow funds, for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, and for an extension of time in which to perfect the consolidated appeals (M-2351), And defendants-respondents having cross-moved to dismiss the appeal taken from the order entered on or about May 12, 2020 (M-2491),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is order that, Defendants-appellants' motion (M-2351) is granted only to the extent of staying the distribution of the escrow monies and is otherwise denied, with leave to renew, upon proper papers (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.4 [a][3] and [4]), and proof of service of those papers upon all parties.
