from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 11, 2019, And defendants-appellants-respondents having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal taken from the aforementioned order (M-2354),And plaintiff-respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the cross appeal taken from the aforementioned order, and to consolidate the appeal and cross appeal on a single record (M-2353), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the defendants' motion (M-2354) is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the February 2021 Term of this Court, and it is furtherOrdered that plaintiff's motion (M-2353) is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the cross appeal to the February 2021 Term of this Court; the parties are directed to comply with 22 NYCRR 1250.9(f)(1)(ii).
