Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 18, 2011, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2012, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see former 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior order of this Court. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2012, as dismissed the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in connection with this appeal in this Court without prior leave of this Court.
