Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 27, 2019, and from a subsequent judgment, same Court, entered on or about October 21, 2019,And plaintiff-appellant having moved, by separate motions, for extensions of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeals, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions are deemed to include requests to vacate the dismissal of the appeals (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10[c]) and, as such, are granted, the dismissals vacated, the appeals reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to the February 2021 Term of this Court.
