DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of prohibition and mandamus, and application by the petitioner for poor person relief, which was determined by decision, order and judgment of this Court dated September 2, 2020. Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, for leave to reargue the proceeding. Separate motion by the petitioner, inter alia, to vacate the decision, order and judgment of this Court dated September 2, 2020, or, in the alternative, to for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision, order and judgment of this Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
