Motion by Lee M. Nigen, Esq. for leave to withdraw as counsel for appellant on an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, Third District, dated July 27, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before March 25, 2022, Lee M. Nigen, Esq., shall serve his client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and file a digital copy of an affidavit of service of the decision and order on motion through the digital portal on this court's website; and it is further
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the appellant, without leave of the court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon the appellant of a copy of this decision and order on motion.
