Defendant Dickinson Environmental Consulting LLC having moved for an extension of time to file opposition papers (denominated motion to adjourn return date) to plaintiffs' motion to reargue or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a memorandum and order of this Court dated December 23, 2021,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
