Appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 8, 2019, a judgment of the same court entered April 3, 2020, and an order of the same court entered July 30, 2021. The appeal from the decision was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the decision, to consolidate the appeals, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the decision is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for consolidation and a preference with respect to the appeal from the decision are denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the judgment and the order are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
