| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 7, 2019. Motion by the respondent to vacate any stay in effect as a result of the death of the petitioner John L. Brown, to restore the proceeding to active status, and, in effect, to amend the caption pursuant to CPLR 1015(b) to reflect that John L. Brown is no longer a petitioner.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the caption is amended accordingly.
