ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated February 25, 2022, is amended by deleting the entries entitled VCVAWCJ-Doe v Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, applicant Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, and VCVAWCJ-Doe v Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, applicant Church of Immaculate Heart of Mary, both under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-07016.
