Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 21, 2021, which determined an appeal from an amended final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 30, 2019, and to stay enforcement of an interlocutory judgment of the Civil Court of New York, Kings County, dated October 12, 2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
