DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Devora S., inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered November 23, 2021, and to vacate an order of the same court dated May 24, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order entered November 23, 2021, is denied as unnecessary as the order is appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the order dated May 24, 2021 is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
