Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated July 14, 2021. This Court noticed the matter for a CAMP conference on March 2, 2022, and the respondent failed to appear at the conference without excuse.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties and counsel are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered imposing such sanctions as the Court may deem appropriate pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.3(c)(3) upon Gross Polowy, LLC, counsel for the respondent, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or affidavit on that issue through the digital portal on this Court's website and by serving one copy of the same on all parties to the action on or before April 1, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties via email to the email address provided to this Court, or if no email address is available for service by regular mail.
