Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 2, 2021, and an order of the same court dated August 10, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to dismiss the underlying guardianship proceeding. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to stay enforcement of the order and judgment dated August 2, 2021, and the order dated August 10, 2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to disqualify certain counsel and to impose sanctions.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
