Appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 13, 2021, and appeal from an order of the same court entered September 1, 2021. Motion by Wen Wen Sun for leave to file separate appendices on the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment and to extend the time to perfect her appeals. Separate motion by Ti Zhou to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief containing points of argument on the cross appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Wen Wen Sun and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Ti Zhou and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Wen Wen Sun which is for leave to file separate appendices on the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Wen Wen Sun which is to extend the time to perfect her appeals from the judgment and the order is granted, and the time to perfect those appeals is extended until April 15, 2022, and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Ti Zhou is denied as premature.
