Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 21, 2021, and an order of the same Court entered July 20, 2021. Motion by the respondents-respondents James Yeh, David Ho, Hannah Gao, Mei-Lin Shen, and Siu Liang Li to dismiss the appeals as academic. Separate motion by the respondents-respondents James Yeh, David Ho, Hannah Gao, Mei-Lin Shen, and Siu Liang Li, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to dismiss the appeals and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is granted to the extent that on or before April 18, 2022, the respondents-respondents James Yeh, David Ho, Hannah Gao, Mei-Lin Shen, and Siu Liang Li shall serve and file a supplemental record containing NYSCEF Document No. 56, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of a supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the motion is otherwise denied.
