| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 21, 1989, under the name Mark Alan Murray. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 4, 2021, Mark A. Murray, admitted as Mark Alan Murray, was disbarred, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-09315, and the disciplinary proceeding under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-00955 was discontinued as academic.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the Grievance Committee's motion to confirm the report of the Special Referee, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-00955, is denied as academic.
