| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered February 3, 2020, and one dated June 3, 2020. Motion by the respondents to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Stephen Burnstein, to substitute Alissa Aimee Shaber, as executor of the estate of Stephen Burstein, as a respondent, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Alissa Aimee Shaber, as the executor of the estate of Stephen Burstein, is substituted for the deceased respondent Stephen Burstein, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Stephen Burstein, is vacated.
